I had wanted Kip's signature on it, and he found a nice spot for it. Looks great.

More pics later after the install tomorrow at Kendall's. Doing the cooltech transaxle cooler too.

Carefully installed Sunday morning with the help, patience, and expertise of Kendall's (NOTA4RE) son Ryan:

I think this really looks amazing in person. I love how it complements the black interior and the existing CF console pocket that I have. And I think it works well with the existing interior scheme and colors.

It's truly a transformation in and of itself. It's fun to watch the HVAC running pin lights magically appear through the CF darkness when actuated.

Here is the before photo:

I will take some more photographs later when I have time to work on the lighting. Shooting CF panels is challenging, working to find the perfect balance of illumination and reducing reflection from undesired light sources.

Randy,

See if you can get a night time shot to share. Your description sounds intriguing.

WOW, that really does look good! In the comparison picture, the stock looks like there's too much silver in the cockpit. Hmmmmm?

Awesome !

It's making my OEM Sanyo radio look really out of place and even cheaper than normal. Which is okay, since I rarely turn it on...

How is the Mac head unit by the way?

What does it matter? You don't touch th' one you have!:biggrin

True. I'll just take a life size photo of the Mac unit and tape it over the front of my Sanyo...

SYCO, the mac with the relocated sub is much, much better. As a fellow Sanyo-er, as you know the standard unit sucks. I killed the Mac on the order because I knew the sub blocked the view, but in light of the relocation kit, I somewhat pine for the real stereo.

The MAC sounds great but is very rarely used.

Yeah, I am right there with you. I specifically wanted non-Mac, for price and subwoofer. But now, I wouldn't mind having it at all with the re-locate option (and cool black face).

I didn't expect much out of the Sanyo. I got even less. :lol

Good suggestion Herb.

Something like this...I'll need to shut off the mirror lights though for the proper effect.
