It's a custom mix by Luftkraft. They took a pure white and begin tinting it until we reached the desired tone. I'm sure the formula was measured and recorded but it was not an off the shelf code. They have done a truly astounding job. Lots of shops can paint a car. Its the details and time spent prepping as well as technique that set the top shelf shops apart.
So let me know when it's back so I can scout highway 7. I'm told it's smooth and grippy with no flying rocks but I'll take that with a grain of salt until I drive it (first not in the GT).
Lets try for a little bit out. I don't know if I'll get up there this weekend because we have some flower beds that are under weed alert. Take it for a spin on E470 and lets try for the next weekend. Will you bring it to Horsefeathers?
I think you picked a great color, looks fantastic with the wheels. I like it much better than the green choice, but then again I'm not a big fan of green on cars.
Thanks! It is hard to take decent pics in bright sunlight so they don't do it justice but the attention to detail is unsurpassed. I saw it in person first thing this morning. They applied attention to detail in areas that I would have never even thought of. They are building me a GoPro rig you guys might be interested in too form the GT. Once it's done this week I'll take some photos in proper light so you guys can just how nice a job they have done.
We did a drive that route a few years ago. The better statement is "It still looks like an apocalypse". Nothing has improved since we were there. Now the problem there is if it rains they get major mudslides.
Highly adjustable and portable dual GoPro camera boom. Breaks down easily and is stowable. Sample video soon. PM me if interested. Was hoping to be driving this weekend but ran into a couple snags. Next weekend for sure!
