Martin, you have taken our Ford GTs back from a place in history to today at Le Mans. We know these machines were designed and built for sprint or one hour races, so your effort at Le Mans was above and beyond expectations. This "test" should help your results for the FIAGT1 season. From all Ford GT owners and The Ford GT Forum, we salute you. GO BLU

I say paint it yellow... maybe the other cars will be able to see it next year. I feel certain the "mechanical gremlin" will turn out to be a problem resulting from the rear-ender. Spectacular effort on the part of the Matech team, the drivers and THE CAR :cheers

If you guys come down to Austin to race on the new 300 million dollar F1 track... I'll drive for ya. :thumbsup GO BLUE

I am definetly a big fan more than ever B/4, as we all learned more about Matech through this event. I was driving home when Sirius 125 Sports1 broadcat #60 in first. I yelled out like a young kid and to wit I was driving in front of the Ford Romeo Engine plant lobby at the moment.

Now we should all get Matech fan gear and flags to put on our front porch posts on race days.....wall graphics like you had in the #60 Garage... and those cool car jack wheels:thumbsup.

These guy are prepared to run 24 hour races.. The Spa 24 hour race was just a few weeks ago and the Fords were 1 ,2 & 3 .

Go Matech!!! Good job!!!

The fact that the FGT was running in first place for a period of time evidences the car can do it!!!! further evidenced by the fact they won at Spa as Stormcat pointed out. Man, I was giddy with excitment when they were running in first at LeMans. Like a little kid who just got the toy they always wanted!!! Bad luck took them out but....the FGT is gonna kick butt next year!!!

Lets root them on to an FIA GT1 championship :banana

I'm sure they learned much from their first effort. Looking at the final results half the starting field never finished!!!! Truly is a race of last man standing!!!

It was a really good effort. The #60 car clearly had the speed and endurance. The engine failure was related to the crash and in no way reflects poorly on the reliability of the car. I would love to see them run at Lemans in the GT2 class next year.

GO MATECH! Thanks for making us FGT owners proud.

Thank you for the effort and entertainment, what you did is really really difficult. Got real tired of hearing about Peugot and Audi!
