Soroush’s car only got wet to top of center counsel. Was a easy fix. Car has had no issues in past 4 years now.

Glad to know these cars can have a second life! I was relieved to learn that the car will likely not be destroyed by the insurance company. Still looking for a replacement, though...
Assuming you're asking about the old car (not the "to be purchased" car), it was 7800 miles and zero mods--bone stock. I put about 500 miles a year on the car, mostly in 10-50 mile increments on fun roads. It was driven regularly to keep all the fluids circulating and then put back into a cool, dry garage. How many miles, Kenneth? Any mods?

That’s the truth! Although super painful, this one can probably be replaced. The one arriving next week…well…not for at least 2 years!ugh.....it's really hard to look at that bottom picture. Sorry for your loss - happy hunting! I would be counting my blessings that it wasn't the "other white one".......
Ron, I agree! Would love to drive it more. The combo of a ton of work/travel, plus the shorter driving season (and a few other vehicles to exercise) makes it tough. But each time I get in it and go, there is a tremendous sense of occasion. Noting else like it!500 miles a year?
Your not driving it enough!
I do that in a weekend!!
In all seriousness I wish you the best of luck in your search
My best regards
Ron

I understand completely!Ron, I agree! Would love to drive it more. The combo of a ton of work/travel, plus the shorter driving season (and a few other vehicles to exercise) makes it tough. But each time I get in it and go, there is a tremendous sense of occasion. Noting else like it!
sounds like the insurance company is going to get a lot of money back on the auction with some much interest out there.. burnt crisp ones are going way over 200K...
Thx for the lead. It's a nice, clean car (and I like quicksilver). But, I think I'm going to keep looking for the exact replacement, so I can pretend this never happened!Silver one just popped up...not white but a lighter color....

My garage stayed bone dry during Hurricane Ida, but unfortunately my car wasn't in it.
