So I went to my local ford dealership to get a copy of the window sticker they said no problem, then they tried it ...no go, you have to get it from the original selling dealership. okay, so I call them, they say oaky ....4 days later sorry the gm does not want to give it to you for legal reasons since your not the original owner...700 miles second owner unreal!!!! they said they could be sued by the guy who sold it since the cars is so expensive, they do not want to give out the selling price crazy we all know what the sticker price was, I ordered the authenticity package but thats just crazy

Last year when I was shopping for a GT I asked the dealer to make a copy of the window sticker and they would not do it. Also did not explain the reason. The salesman said the owner of the dealership would not let them make any copy's of the window sticker and give them out to potential customers. :frown Needless to say I went somewhere else and purchased a GT.:banana

An easy solution to get you the Window sticker from Ford

Order the Ford GT Certificate of Authentisity. You will need the entire VIN # and a credit card to pay the $119? fee. They will send you not only a new window sticker for your car but a certificate of authentisity, the build date, a decoder sheet for the vin, a sheet with a print out of the paint and options for your build year and the other build year, and a marketing strategy and mis recomendations for the GT. This should give you what you want and more. This was covered in another thread some where in the arceive but the phone number will help.:thumbsup:cheersslap
