Seat fabric, and I cant remember which fasteners, or if it made it to production or was a concept.

Here is a more complete list of Comp that was posted here, how much is in Lightweight I dont know :

Carbon centre-line stripe,
Carbon mirror caps,
Carbon A Pillars,
Carbon Wheels,
Cabon two-piece rod for trunk,
Competition lock (same as one used on race cars) on rear deck,
No hydraulics to raise trunk,
No entertainment system,
No speakers,
No cup holders,
No underseat storage,
No USB ports,
No AC and all parts of that system,
No NVH panel behind the driver - just exposed carbon chassis,
No reversing camera,
Red anodized shifters,
Red anodized ID tag - dash mounted,
Plexi-glass rear window with milled vents,
Gorilla Glass for rear window between cabin and engine bay,
Titanium exhaust,
Titanium lug nuts.
Special steering wheel with deleted buttons,
Special temperature panel with deleted buttons,
Blanking plate for where radio was,
All black Alcantara for interior.

LW is all-alcantara interior (i.e. you can’t order the leather wheel option) but stitching is silver.

I asked for a 2019 Lightweight or 2019 Heritage but wasn't selected. I think I'll get the CF wheels, Ti lugnuts & Ti exhaust though. A Semi-Lightweight.

Ditto. I wasn't a fan of stripes anyway.

As far as the stripe, A- pillars, and mirror caps - all GTs have these components in carbon. Clear coat likely weighs similar to paint, so exposed carbon does not mean they are lighter because they're carbon, since they're all carbon.

I don't see what's "lightweight".

:lol

The weight reduction is small no doubt, but the twin carbon stripes are worth the price.

The carbon stripes will look cool. I still like the competiton's design the most. I just think "lightweight" is a poor name choice for that package, and I'd like to see an actual "lightweight" variant. Maybe more track focused with a wing and splitter like a Senna, or hell, even a ZR1.

Maybe should be called "sport" vs lightweight.

Thats really exciting news. I'm sure they will be much bigger sellers than the Comp car, spoken from a guy who bought the GT350R and added back the AC/radio.

With regard to the exposed CF stripes. I have been told that there is considerable effort to create the exposed stripe (s). If you were to take a sander to a "normal" NGT and had at it, you would reveal CF that looks like the mule cars. You would not have perfectly aligned weave, but a more industrial look. Obviously nothing to do with weight, just coolness.

You forgot Limited or Lariat

Or, XLT, Platinum, Titanium or Unobtainium?
