Hearty congratulations to Team Wynn's/Keating--a great Win for a privateer! And let's not forget that endurance racing is truly a team sport, from the engineers to the pit crew to the team managers to the drivers. Nobody can do this alone. And you have to admire all the Gannassi teams for finishing so close. If there was a prize for consistency, they'd have it. I'm usually not a Ferrari fan (something about the 1960's), but I was gratified to see them beat Porsche! ..and I own one.

Safe travels back to the U.S. for all our Forum friends. Wish I could have been there to celebrate Fords great run at LeMans.

The Wynn's #85 had a lap lead reduced to almost nothing by a forced (by ACO) pit stop to change the nose bodywork. The CGR guys went to the Keating pits and did the exchange, which is legal. Then they got a stop and go penalty for leaving skid marks in the pits....total BS. Ben also had a spin on cold tires at the Dunlop curves but recovered from that. A win truly deserved!

As for the 4 factory cars, they all ran like clockwork and finished 4-7th. Interview with Tinknell...they had no power off corner and it was difficult to get up to the bumper of the car ahead. BOP'd and safety car'd again.
