Thought I’d post this here.
Kicking around the idea of selling my ‘18 Heritage FGT.
I have a FGT MK II that I can drive and thrash as Multimatic/Ford intended.
Also other stuff out there has captured my attention.
Just got an 18k mile Euro spec 95 993RS.
Interested in looking for a 993 GT2. Or...997 RS 4.0....or 997 GT2RS...or maybe a 73 2.7 RS (I love my 70 long hood).
At the end of the day, I’m a guy who loves analog MT cars.
Plus I’m the original owner of a 2005 FGT with 57k miles. It’s about to go off to Rich for a major refurb.

2018 Heritage Edition Ford GT....6700 miles, fully serviced and all CPU updates, TSB’s done. Only mods are red paddle shifters, Exoticare mats, and stone guards for aero tunnels. 100% PPF coverage. Car was featured in 3 shows at 2018 Pebble Beach Car week. Lots of car show trophies, charity events, happy kids. DFW folks know this car well. All the goodies are with the car including bespoke VIN matching owner’s watch.
If any interest...PM me
Merry Christmas!

Good luck with sale I think you more than fulfilled your commitment for ownership.

Just a thought for any interested parties...I’d consider taking an 06 Heritage as a part trade on the 18 Heritage. Or...one of the above listed Porsches.

:)

(and I totally agree that you are a hero of a GT ambassador, and I wish you well if you decide to sell it!)

With a Mkii in his garage, I wouldn't worry too much about him having seller's remorse. I have serious car envy looking at Ajai's stable

More or less, my attempt at humor. His garage arsenal is stellar, and I agree with you. Still, you can't drive a MKII on the street!

I hope you do well. I hear tell as the market goes up (and the tax rate) investors will once again be going after what is supercar cool. Thus the pent up demand for GT's will be going north pretty steadily. Picture this, Your Sexy Red GT pulls in for dinner and the crowd goes crazy. GT's - Always the best looking supercars on the planet.

Personally I'm burned out on Porsche, to each his own, nice cars but they all look the same to me & like belly buttons everyone has one.

For what it’s worth...here’s some recent comps for reference
A 780 mile red Heritage went for 990k all in at Mecum Kissimmee
A 1665 mile triple yellow/black 2018 880k all in at same auction
A delivery miles 2019 Blue lightweight at RM Ariizona went for 875 hammer plus commissions = 967,500

Exactly AJai, A New Ford GT with no or little mileage and not driven by owners are going to be a problem unless you just put in a collection to look at and say “ain’t It Pretty”. If you do put a diaper under it and have a HD mop handy because your going to need them. Delivery specialists as well as your servicing Dealership technician will tell you to DRIVE IT and enjoy it as it keeps everything working properly! Pay Close Attention As these New GT’s are highly technical machines designed for the street and track!

I am a little shocked that this GT has not been bought yet. It was the first GT I got to see up close and personal.
