Lol. No offense to topshot, but that's the only thing I don't particularly care for on his car. I just happened to come across all these vids of his car at this meet. Was obviously a crowd favorite!
 
That is best looking GT I have ever seen! Owner might consider stainless wing hardware that won't rust.

Posted on IG, taken yesterday. Took off all the aero?

ran a Mile event, took off the wing added 4-5 mph, then took off the splitter added 4-5 more MPH very hot 90+ on the tarmac was kind of disappointed with the performance of the GT 182mph on my GPS.. never launched real hard as I did not want the break anything made about 7 passes
 
How did that event come off Kurt? Seemed like there were some decent cars there.

A Whipple car can end up pulling timing and going pretty slow across the line at a mile event if it's really brutal hot out. It's been nasty muggy here the past few weeks.
 
Dave the event went good like 25-30 cars each day, they were new at running things but I thought they did a good job, the only downside is they can't get the runway till afternoon so it is so hot. but they tried real hard.
