So with over 21,000 miles on my 2006 GT i got my oil pump belt changed for the first time ever today. As you can see from the date code the oem belt was made on January 8th of 2006. I will not go more than 10 years going forward without changing this belt in the future as the old belt is considerably softer than the new belt which means it is stretched...
