I purchased this 3,000 mile transaxle from The GT Guy (Rich Brooks) in January 2016 with the intent for use in a future mid engine car project I had planned.
Rich purchased this transaxle new from Ford to use in a GT that was wrecked and having its original transaxle repaired. Rich removed this 3000 mile Ricardo transaxle in 2015 when he was able to replace the original Ricardo transaxle in the repaired GT. This was in a normal street driven FGT and not a track day or modded car.
This transaxle has been sitting in my great room since and is great art and a conversation piece, but I still don't have solid plans for its use. So I have decided to sell it. On Rich's recommendation, I have been turning the half shafts, input shaft and shifting gears quarterly since I purchased it.
