I am in contact with Dave Born of Ford Performance. I've explained our inquiry on the "complete frame vs bare frame" question. I sent him pictures and explanation of what we are expecting from our end. He responded last night that he will check on this. I will keep you guys abreast of development.

As far as parts go, Edsel Ford told us a long time ago they would cover us for 15 years instead of the usual 10. We have, more or less, 2 years left to go.

Both the race chassis and service chassis’s come with the roof skins on them. Scott M. has bought and sold a few of them and has had them posted on eBay and I’ve never seen a chassis with out the roof skin. As far as the front stubs and such idk but if they do come with all of that it is a added bonus for sure!

It would get imported as just car parts. Not a big deal at all. i have some friends in port Huron that would assist and help.

I am in.

Morning guys - well, good news, my Contacts at Ford Performance went and opened a crate to let us know what's inside, and as as we thought it's the same full frame/chassis that they have been selling. We just wanted to make sure. Pictures were sent to me but I can't figure out how to post on the new Forum format since last week. It's important to remember that there are about 16 bonded panels on the frame (not just a roof skin) - it's what makes the whole chassis stiff. Henrob rivited + structural adhesive. Good that it comes with all these bonded panels + the bolt in braces, bumpers, battery tray, fender apron side pieces, clamshell latch brackets, etc., etc.

I can see that if they have 9x in stock, how then might want to free up some space....

On all my pc and laptops, since last week it’s a simple screen, no graphics, unable to add photos, etc.
Fortunately my phone still has the old format to add pics.
Below is all I get. Like a “dumbed down version”

Thanks Jim! It's kinda sad that the forum expert and parts seller who knew this info with out the hassle you had to go through to get it wouldn't chime in and clarify for us. I already knew what we were getting but thanks for going out of your way to clarify for the rest of us!

They have them in a very large unused Ford building. Lots of space but they def do not need 90 of them anymore.

Huh. I'm still on vBulletin 4.2.2. Maybe this is getting rolled out in phases? Or you are the crash test dummy? ha.

OK, my wife (the smart one in the family) found a button at the bottom of the page shown, that said "Full Site". Clicked that and it's all ok now. Gheesh.
