Chris A. I drove your car! Only did the first 50 cars. After the plant cleared the vehicles for their quality checks, the vehicles were shipped via Reliable (closed carrier) to our Michigan Proving Grounds. We then checked the alignment and bump steer before doing a driving test. We would install a slaved set of tires and wheels so we would not put any miles on the production set. We had a drive route to check the Ride, Steering and Brakes. We also did some light handling evals on our VDA (aka black lake). Eval sheets were included with the sale of the car with a cover letter, both of which you still have.

Mark, Would this have been the first 50 SALEABLE cars, and not including some 2005s made earlier for Ford internal use?
