I don't typically point out silly cars...but this one must be seen to be believed. I can handle pure kit GTs, and even when they are based on something like a Fiero I don't get too worked up (just mildly entertained). But this one...

I saw this "rare replica of a Ford GT40" earlier on eBay and it must be seen to be believed.

The REAR of this thing doesn't look 1/2 bad actually! Just mentally remove the "trap door" used for engine access (I guess :shrug ) and the lines there are really quite good.

...But the rest of that poor thing...:frown

All I can say is, if I owned it, I'd sell it too.

My ears are burning from three threads over! Me Jason? Too many Jasons...

I think Larry needs it...Paint it...With a little imagination behind the wheel, he may be able to pull off "I took the GT out for a drive today!"

EDIT: I saw the pictures. Larry needs a lot of imagination. A lot.

Hey. Seriously. Somebody here with "photo shop" capabilities - remove the trap door and those goofy tail pipes and post the result.

Really. The rear of this thing is not bad... if one can forget the rest of it.

At least the seller ought to get a good hack saw and make the right hand exhaust pipe the same length as the left. Perhaps this is a length tuned exhaust ... NOT! Whew that thing is U G L Y.

Ah-Hummmmm. IGNORING the license plate :lol, will you remove the "trap door lines" down at the bottom ...straighten the rear pan line on both sides ... & post that?

I say we all chip in and buy this car and have it delivered to Larry....

Jason will detail it out - we'll get a quart of blue paint to stripe it (reverse of Larry's Blu/ Wht) and have it parked next to the FGT.

Maybe he'll put miles on this one as it's free! :rofl

Seriously - wouldn't this be the best gag gift out there, buy it and have it shipped anonymously to a "friend" :thumbsup

BTW - Larry, need your address for a X-mas card!

There are so many great possibilities for this car. I would elaborate but for some reason every time I look at it I am forced to have a bowel movement.
