For what it is worth I remember those cars well from new . They were overweight and underpowered lo-po hydraulic cam land yachts ---and only got worse in the insuing years. They were not a serious car nor were they really accepted by the speed types of the era . They would get eaten alive by 396 Camaros, the just introduced (when they were real) Z 28's any Vette over 350 HP etc etc etc.

I agree with all of the comments above, both pro and con with regard to the KR. It is as different a car from the GT as the GT is from the original Cobra. Bottom line, I enjoy all three of them, each for a different reason. That said, if I could only keep one, it would be the GT.
