If it came with a proper 427ci, this car would be more $$$

I'm in.

Best guess is mid $200's MSRP and (initial) street prices > $300K.

My guess is that base pricing on the new 2016 FGT will be $248,567.45 plus transport cost of $1,450 and doc/admin fees of $567.25.

I'll be astonished if the NFGT 'stickers' for a whole lot below $400K...if anything at all.

'Present FGT's stickered at $167K ten years ago. 'Had no nannies OR turbos OR pad. shift tranny OR carbon fiber. We've already been told that Ford couldn't make/sell the present FGT again for $200K as is today. (But then again, we were also told there would be no more FGTs...so...)

So, let's say $167K X 2 (just for funzies) is $340K for starters. Then add the cost of all the 'stuff' that isn't on the present cars.

$200/$250K is a pipe dream IMHO...or black magic if it in fact does sticker for that.

What was the source of either one of those comments?

I'm OLD!!! And yeeewer asking me to recall who said what???! Good luck!

Maybe the site's search engine will come up with it for you. (I've never had much luck with it.)

OR PERHAPS there are other 'old timers' here who can/will confirm one or both.

It's only money fellas. We can't take it with us when the bell tolls. I'm in for one at whatever price

I wish I could think like this. I save too much and spend far too little. That's what brought me to where I'm at, but at some point I need to step to your side a bit more....

That said, I'm in depending on how many will be made and I can justify the price for what they build. In other words, I will buy if I think the price will be stable or go up over time (like the CGT and FGT).
