Are 05 and 06 Stillen Mud flaps still available? I have searched all over and I don't want to take a chance and buy some truck mud flaps!

Did you contact Stillen directly? Their diffusers don't show up on the main web page but an old direct link does work and they do have them. Edit: Here I was referring to diffusers. It's worth checking on the flaps.

Yes. Looks like they have updated their website since then.

Fronts were part #FGT101010 $150.33
Rears were part #FGT101020 $107.07

Search for "Splash Guards" - they are available and at the same price I paid.

Had these on our car since 2007, all rally track days too. The make a scary noise when they touch a speed bump (but have never had any issues

Could you post a couple pics of what they look like on the car?

I right now live in Upstate NY and let me tell you speaking of a scary sound....when you live where we do, pay so much in road work taxes, you can drive and hear thousands of blacktop stones hitting the car from the poor patch work they do! That is scary...I have taken my car out for what would be a hour or two ride, only to turn around and take it back because I did not want my car media blasted! I hope those will help al little, no I hope they will help a lot!

Excellent product! Really saves your lower rockers from road abuse

How do Stillen's splash guards install? Any drilling or other permanent mods required?

If memory serves, they come with double-sided tape to install.

I drilled and screwed mine, just be careful!

No drilling, they use 2 sided tape, and for the front, use an existing push fastener. Back when we did the mile, they survived 176.

Thinking about it more, (note, I installed these circa 2008), For the rears, there are no mechanical fasteners just the tape. I added some silicone caulk, not only to add some adhesion, but also seal out any opportunity for dirt / grit to get in between the piece and the car. In my case used black, and its invisible (black car).

Fronts are rock solid, and can be removed easily for inner finder removal, etc.

👍 No need to caulk the fronts, for sealing?
