Tight fit on my lift! Be careful while loading on your rack. With mirrors in I have 2 inches in each side, with mirrors out I have 1/2 inch. I have noticed that the alarm system on the New GT is very sensitive compared to my 06. With the GT on the lift with its alarm system set and attempting to lower it the alarm quickly goes off and will scare the hell out of you. The 06 could be lowered and not setting the alarm off. Glad to know that any movement will trigger the alarm. Learned the hard way! Now Duke won’t go near the GT! It bites and is loud!Ha Ha

Your alarm sensors must be more sensitive than mine. I think I have more miles on my lift going up and down then horizontally on the road.... I've never had it go off on my lift..
which reminds me of a funny but true story. After loading my car on the trailer in Park City I was leaving the trailer parking lot when I heard a alarm horn go off . It was not real loud so I thought it was just an employee's car in the lot going off. As I drove about 50 yards I said wow that's a loud alarm I can still hear it. Turns out it was my GT in the trailer...:lol

I am so infatuated with my New GT and it’s design and styling that I can’t keep from stareing at it while on my lift. This car is unbelievable and I see something I’ve missed every time I look at it. I know it’s hard to believe someone would feel this way about a car ,but it not just a car! It truly is a piece of Art. While rolling around in my chair with my camera here’s what I see! Enjoy.

Well I made 5 hours in 88 degree and 74 degrees humidity Auto Show and had to leave. Come on Fall!!! Too hot for me with little shade. Lots of kids and many questions and everyone seems to think they know a friend who’s probably getting one! HA HA I don’t tell them anything different or contradict their stories and just say “Oh, I hope the are able to get one”. Young Kids between the ages of 12-16 are experts and know a lot about the New GT’s. Ford is doing a great joy of telling the GT story in many media’s and venues. I’m doing my part and loving every minute! Thank You Ford! Enjoy the pictures. PS The model cars are the hit with the Kids,

Houston Cars & Coffee this morning with some very rare Porsche’s and my Girl on the front row entertaining the young and old! Kids magnet and they know all about the Ford GT. She’s turned 800 miles this morning and is ready for her first service appointment although can’t be done until mechanics are trained the first week of December??? Oh well I don’t track her.
