Welcome, Not a stupid question at all............Unfortunately not many GT's are in the 100 $ range.....either low/high mileage. Anything in that range are usually rebuilt one's (which have a Title issue) A realist price with some mileage under 10K, would be in the 150 $....but I would speak...

Actually they are so big...some go out at night collar them, strap a saddle on and ride them away........

Usually if they are sold at a Government auction, they give you paperwork that supercedes any state title...so one can register and title it in your own state. Not considered a salvage title, but something might show up on car fax...like a repossession..( If there is a lien on the vehicle...
