FYI there are 2 major types of resin used in CF construction. Epoxy, and polyester. The polyester has a lower temperature threshold for the most part. Most cosmetic non prepreg CF is done in polyester resin.

What's the purpose of most gauges? It depends on who is looking at them. Some might argue that there is no purpose for an oil pressure gauge as if you have no oil pressure then you have bigger problems. Gauges can be helpful in diagnosing minor problems before they become major problems, that...
