That was the problem...MAFia was done. I bypassed it and the car started and ran - it choked a bit, I'm guessing due to the multiple times I had started it and unburnt gas sitting there. Drove it a few miles and she's starting and running fine now. Just can't get over 5K RPM now with 820 WHP...

Anyone know the alternator pulley and crank pulley size for the 6-rib? I assume when I did my Whipple 4.0 upgrade that didn't change the speed of the 6 rib? I heard the alt pulley is 59mm...

It's for sure not a load issue here...it's a dead short at high RPM, so no matter how much power we rebuild / rewind to, it won't fix the issue. I am looking in the exhaust area to see about melted cables as I believe that's where the issue is.

I got a pair of Michelin 24" blades, but realize that they don't have the airfoils on them, nor is there any way to mount them on there. What have you all been doing to replace them? I can't seem to find them at Ford... Does it matter much?
