    Help For Windshield Pitting?

You may want to speak with Bart or Steve Wilson from Racing Optics. They designed the first laminated tearoff films for NASCAR. Tell them that you are interested in a single layer protective film. They had also invented a IR (infrared) blocking film which uses silver between two layers to...

Fuel filter - Fuse location for fuel pumps?

Guys, I need your assistance in the procedure for replacing my fuel filter. My 2005 shop manual is useless so I had read (on the forum) that there are two blue 15 amps fuses located under the front hood latch. So I remove both of them and start the engine to relieve the fuel pressure. Well...

    Shifter

550rwhp, I did this a long time ago. I had produced a shifter ball that screws down much lower on the shifter shaft and it also gets rid on that nut that's on the stock shifter ball. Once that you experience it you will never go back to the original setup. I have put my products on...

    Battery Tender Jr failures

ICE, Sadly there are too many products that compromise quality for cost/profits. Also, wasn't this true with Optima batteries in the past few years? I have dissected some of these units after they have failed and was not impressed with the construction quality. I did a posting (many years...

    Mulally Retires

This is very sad to me as I read his biography last year and he should be the President of our country... He is a superb leader and problem solver. Our political system in this country will never allow a person with his credentials to become a functional leader. In the meantime, Mr. Mulally...

    Oh great, another gauge failure.

Gauge failure theory I’m going to stick my neck out on this one. I personally feel that the majority of these gauge failures is due to a voltage transient on the electrical system. This momentary voltage transient can be high enough in magnitude to damage (blow) the main controller IC...

    Ford Racing pulley

I bought the early Ford Racing Pulley kit which also included the shorter supercharger belt. I then bought an SCT module with a tune (can't remember from who at this moment). It was MUCH crisper over all RPM ranges! I would never go back to stock. I also have a wideband A/F dash mounted...

Torque Spec for Standard Wheel Lugs?

Is that dry (no oil) torque? If a lube or anit-seize compound is used the torque value should be reduced.
