when you run 20/20 or 19/19 combinations in some wheels they give the illusion of the fronts being bigger depending on the tire selection as well.. my bet is that they are the same size but the lower profile front tire and the fatter rear tire give the illusion of the front wheel being...

wheels staggered always are a safe bet but the tire size combos can make a big difference as well...
