Frank, It is $450.00 for three days of track. The Friday full course will be 4 run sessions of 30 minutes each. That means you will get 2 hours of full course. The Saturday/Sunday will be five run groups and look to get 6 or 7 sessions at 30 minutes each over the weekend. If we can get 10...
