I alternate between my GT, 2010 Fusion Sport and bone stock '50 Ford Custom Deluxe 4 door.
Which one usually depends the # of passengers going along. And if a/c is needed or not.
btw The '50 gets as many high 5's as the GT.

For short range, and primary daily driver use:
2006 DINAN MINI Cooper S, R53 Chassis, Supercharged. DINAN Upgrades: custom valved Koni front struts and rear shocks, custom Eibach sport springs, adjustable rear sway bar (19mm), Jongbloed custom 3 piece wheels, forged centers, 15% reduction Supercharger pulley kit, 8mm spark plug wires, High Flow Cowl Induction Cold Air Intake system, free flow sport exhaust system, upgraded fuel pump and fuel management system, custom Stage 5 engine management software , Dinan S2 Engine Serial Number, Dinan S Rear Deck Lid Badge. ALTA Performance Upgrades: larger intercooler (100% larger, 40% greater flow), intercooler silicon hose kit, rear adjustable sway bar end links, rear lower adj control arms.
For medium range (Wife's daily):
2011 BMW X5 Turbo, M Sport Package, Rear Tires are 315/35 WR20 on 20"x11" wheels
For long range, hauling, passenger transport, road trips and business:

Wow. That is wild! I had not seen photos of the new 6. I'd probably never own a 6, since I like the sleeper looks, practicality and performance of the 5's. But I'm pleased with the current styling direction of the BMW Brand. I think we're all in agreement with Sam, that the Bangle BMW years were not the brightest. (That's about all I can agree with Sam on. Heheh.)
That being said, the new 5 series may be a step in the right direction, and I think the new 2012 6 will be a much needed and welcomed stylistic departure. I like the concept drawings. Sleeker lines, less bulbous and bulky. Of course, we'll see when it actually gets here...How it looks in production.

I loved mine, but not a real sports car even with a 384hp 12 cylinder engine. It was heavy and honestly a bit slow but handled well. A luxury car in a sports car package. But man was she sexy and one of the few cars I missed when I got rid of her.......despite her shortcomings. :cheers

Not sure I saw any in this thread...but if you're considering V12's for daily drivers...you HAVE TO look at the Bentley GT SuperSport.
Battle of the Supercars filmed the episode with the Aston Martin V12 and the Bentley GT SuperSport at the same time as they filmed the GT/Lambo episode...and we were ALL thoroughly impressed with the Bentley. Amazing car that can seriously get up and go.

2011 Race Red GT500 with SVT suspension in FL. So far can't believe the quality and performance of this car. Sold my SC mini and 02 M5 to make room for the Stang. In MN my 1986 supercharged and highly modified Mustang GT convertible that I've owned since new with about 41K miles on it. Also have 87 Caddy Sedan deVille up there that I bought from my mother in law 14 years ago with 56K miles on it. Real ugly but sentimental and rides like a dream, never seen snow.
