Really cheap price on a 2003 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage convertible with low miles. Anyone own or owned one that can render an opinion?

GTJOEY 1314 DRIVING A GT, WITH NO PUDDLES ON THE FLOOR,
The car was purchased and parked, it has a bit over 1,000 miles on it and the family will let it go for $40K. Never had any service work done, not even an oil change. Other than that I am told the car is as new.
Empty you make me laugh :thumbsup
"Why do the British not make T.V. sets? Because they haven't figured out a way to make 'em leak oil."
('Sorry, Neil.:wink)
Can you imagine a Lucas TV set - - - - - I can't.
Aston was owned by Ford at the time in 2003 and had improvements, similar to what they instilled in Jaguar.
Nielda, wouldnt you agree that the same year in jag xk-8 for 10 grand less today is a better bargain AND SEXIER to boot. Plus new platform , engine and all the rest.
I looked and researched the DB7 and the DB9 convertibles when I was thinking of getting one. The 9 is so much better in all ways it made me forget the 7 as an option. From the way the top concealed to how well it drove the 9 was great. From what I heard from other Aston owners the 9 was much more reliable than the 7 as well.
