Pre-sale estimate $240,000 - $275,000 for a car with less than 600 miles. Then again, white/blue is the "best" color!

see http://www.goodingco.com/vehicle/2005-ford-gt/

Will be interesting to watch...

275k sounds high...240k is attainable. These auctions tend to bring out more money than the everyday sales.

Well, baby boomers are getting older and seeing that their money may outlive them.

I hope these low miles cars will be bought by people who appreciate them enough to drive them.

I don't think so but that is my opinion. People who will drive and appreciate them are buying high mileage cars. To most that is over 5000 miles which by any measure is low miles. The people buying 300 mile cars are buying them for 200K-300K (now) and thinking they will be $1M cars before they cash out. They're not going to drive them just investors seeing better returns than gold. Someday they will be driven though.

349k seems like a lot of money for that car, even if it is delivery miles ...good luck to the seller at that price. I think if it brings mid to high 2's today, that's all the money.

I kind of agree, especially without stickers on the windshield

There is another low mile, red 4 option car at cncexotics, asking price a lot lower at $309K

I know this gentleman and the car from my Virginia days. The last time I spoke with him, he said it was one of a few cars he wouldn't sell. This has been listed for a year or so. Note there are two prices listed.
