Is the lightning blue the same OEM color on Ford production vehicles?

Yeah, Lightning Blue on the livery is the standard blue stripe color on the road car.

I love these colors
If I get accepted I will chose the liquid or metallic blue or red, either one on with the racing stripes and the number, silver wheels, they stand out much more than dark colored wheels
