Unsual Ferrari 599 GTO color

Was at a Ferrari dealer the other day looking for some accessories for my Scuderia and saw this stunning GTO. Its a Green flat color with black....I like the dive plates in the rear upper quarter panel..

I like it. It's different. Not you same old red / tan you always see. The GTO is more of a race car and it looks racey to me....

I like it too. It does look a bit like the viper snake skin green / black combo

'Warmwater' & 'Gulf' nailed it IMO.

'Looks like the paint was mixed & sprayed by a disgruntled Earl Scheib apprentice. :frown

Flat black is the only 'primer look' that works for me, and that doesn't cut it on some cars.

That makes a lot of sense, since Ferrari is owned by Fiat. They must of had some old stock of paint to use up. :lol

Yeah, but that is laquer and a totally different color, very pretty. That Ghilbi is supposed to be a great restoration.
