Theme of the 11/12 issue of "Automobile." One of the fantasies involved driving a 2013 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta on the Fiorano track, which Jason Cammisa did. I'll buy that as a fantasy!
Remarkable to me is how little our nine year old engineering gives up to the latest technology...at least in things measurable.
F12 is 200 lbs heavier, worse fuel economy (13/18), marginally faster to 62 mph (3.1), same top speed (211), and a $330,000 base price.
I'm not knocking this supercar. I'm just even more amazed at how well our cars are holding up.
