San Diego to Tahoe

I drove the GT 538 spirited miles last Monday to Tahoe up highway 395 in the eastern sierras. I rolled up on the back of the CHP near Lone Pine, we go 35mph through town side by side. 1 mile out of own he rolls up next to me as I'm going 55mph in the 55mph zone, he gives me a thumbs up and points vigorously ahead " go, go" I cruise at about 100 for 30 minutes, near Bishop, CA he blows my doors off, ran me down and waved..... I made it in 7 hours, great drive, love that car!!
