This is the 3rd time Im calling Sirius radio after returning my MKX after the lease was up 7 months ago..........How come they would still not have a receipt or notice that my old car was returned...I bought the sirius program with the package at Ford........very frustrating.........gtjoey1314:thumbsup

I love Sirus radio but IMO they have the #1 worst customer service. Lots of luck.

Agree. Every year the same dance. They want $165 and I keep bartering with someone who cannot speak English till we hit $70.

Me too, I love the Sirus. I had trouble initially setting up a multi car discount, but eventually got a break.

After returning my dgt's lexus from a 3 year lease.........I called them to stop the sirius contract............they still had all of my credit card info...........they billed me for a full year again........I basically lived on the phone with them, calling every day for almost a week.........nothing resolved...and trying to understand the people on the other end was a really interesting experience.............after all this, there was nothing they could do for me.........I went straight to the county court house, took out a summons for the full amount..........within one week of the court date a Manager called and spoke perfect English....apologiazing, they refunded all my money.......so take heed.......

P.S. I demanded the refund before the court date, which they did.
