I had a extra set of the non optional wheel laying around and decided to experiment with some black paint (not sure if anyone else has done this before). Let me know your thoughts good or bad:thumbsup

It does bring the look closer to the original GT40. Guys that are going for that look are gonna love it.

Very nice,:thumbsup
Bra,mirror bras, de striped, full tint, wheels, calipers, pipes.
Man your loaded for bear.

I had an idea to take the trunk & gas gap release levers and engrave the GT letters vertically and fill them with black and elimintate the Ford GT stickers.

What do you think.....need a photo shop buddy to help me out.

Wow. That looks great. I think I like it better then the BBS wheels.

What color would you paint the center for a Red FGT?

What is the cost for a set of standard wheels?

I think that a black paint or anodize on the levers, with the "FORD GT" logo engraved and filled in silver might look good too. Similarly on the gas cap. Would make it virtually all black.

The combination of the black wheel and polished cap are fantastic. You have done it just right. Gives it that vintage look yet with the modern proper factory wheels. Very very nice.
