Last October or so some guys did some work for me at the house; they saw the GT and said their boss had one, lives about 5 miles away; I said cool didn't know there was another one around here; so I said I was looking for another one (I always say that); said they'd tell their boss; forgot about it until December or so and and boss called- would be cool to meet, after the holidays; February we had lunch; cool guy, cool car; agreed on the particulars; but he was still unsure about selling and I had just been running my mouth anyway; said give it a week or so; both got busy; March we talk, deal on; April wired money ; today we meet - he hands me keys, I drive off --

The guy was a big 60's Le Mans fan. Got in line for his GT when he heard Ford was considering producing it. 05 White/blue stripe, all stock, 3 option, billet arms, 3500 mi bought locally and has never been more than an hour from home. Drove it home from the 'meet' and it was striking how quiet and smooth the stock cars are compared to a reasonably modded car. I had never driven a completely stock car before. Bought my Tungsten with a pulley, exhaust and lowered mod. It growled when I bought it, this one purrs. Very smooth and refined feeling, but still with good power. Higher ride is noticeable and feels good. The differences in a car set up to make good use of 700+hp and a completely stock version is impressive. Two great feeling rides, each for a different mood I guess. I like them both. Leaving the white car alone - I see what the GT team was up to now.

Way to go.......I agree, such a great car--easy to justify adding a second (and recently did the same........)

Congratulations! Love the white and blue.

This is why GT values keep going up. The devotees of the GT keep buying up all the supply.
