Did you happen to buy it from performance Andy if Lufkin Texas. If so you may want to do a carfax on it. Its possible it may be a salvage title car.

I hope thats not who he bought from. Nothing against this Andy guy as I know nothing about him or his work on cars, but I am just not into salvage title vehicles. I mean, why spend $130k or so on a wrecked GT when you can get a no story car for $25k to $30k more. Just dont understand it.....

Yes, new owners, but not more owners. I think most of the sales now are cars changing hands.

Probably fewer owners actually. More and more multi-GT owners and fewer GTs out there as they are wrecked.

Yes, some multi-GT owners are hogging the GT supply, leaving us single GT owners and non-owners fighting for scraps! I wonder who they are?

If the single GT owners were democrats, they would tax the multi-GT owners, since it is obvious they are not paying their fair share. A replublican would say they are enjoying the fruits of their labor.

The real question is has a PPI been done or not?
I am aware of very qualified people repairing crashed FGT's, the ones that they have fixed are as good as the day they left the factory. When they work for owners and no insurance company is involved or police report taken with VIN numbers their work does not appear on carfax. If I wanted another FGT, could
buy a salvage and have the right company repair it, I would consider doing it.
But then again, I am not in the business of buying and selling cars.

Let it be clear, that the dealer from Texas that rebuilds cars was kicked off this site, twice, because he did not play by the rules. We have no clue if his work is excellent or substandard... none. Hopefully his clients do.

Now, to continue this rant, if I was to buy another FGT, my PPI (prepurchase inspection would be done by either the GT TECH or THE GT GUYS) unless I knew the car personally. Cheap insurance.

Do you mind telling what you paid and how many miles???

Would you mind posting for the last ten years, how much you paid for, and how much you sold each of your cars and their mileage? Also your social security number, frequency of your sexual activity?

Please, your in the business, if you want to know, send the gentleman a PM.

The question is out of line. If you need to comment to me, send an email to BONYHADI@GMAIL.COM

Thanks for your understanding.

Thats why I asked him. He is free to decline, but I understand your point. Maybe not the best question, he just stated he "GOT A STEAL OF A DEAL" so I was curious.

No problem, I got a steal as well, paid $15k over msrp two years before the first car was released to the general population.

My goal as the moderator is keep this place friendly and happy.

By and large the interet is a great place. Some forums allow anything and everything. This forum is a gathering place for friends. When someone new moves to our neighborhood we want them to feel the love.
