What did they do to get 700 hp out of the engine, and can we have that for our cars please!

My guess its about 8% more. That could come from tuning, as I see they added intercooler spray as well to keep density of incoming air more consistent and cool. Maybe not the best idea for a road car with warranty. But that would be the "coolest" upgrade. Heffner, Torrie, Hennessey get to work.
