Very well said, there will always be "the new kid on the block", but when you have a "classic", until you fall out of love with it, you keep it.Enjoy your new F458. It is pretty awesome. I've put about 1100 mi on mine. Very different than the GT.
I feel very fortunate to have both to play with right now. For me, like most here, the GT is the long-term keeper.
In 3 yrs there will always be a newer faster Ferrari. In the meantime, the 458 is really nice.
Only thing I'd consider getting rid of my 458 for (mind you I already have a GT) is a Carrera GT or McLaren's new toy.
