MR. DANIEL MOLOTO
Tel: + 27 73 452 5355
MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT & AVIATION
PRETORIA SOUTH AFRICA

Dear friend,

This letter is not intending to cause you any embarrassment in what ever form, rather an appeal for partnership. I am the Principal Accountant attached to the Department of Transport and Aviation here in South Africa. I have decided to send forth this proposal to you after some deliberation. I have in my possession the sum of US$16MILLION (SIXTEEN MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLARS). The above fund, which is now in a Government suspense account with the South African Reserve Bank, was accrued from recent contract awarded to a foreign firm for supplies and installation of Aviation Equipment to my Department.

In pursuant to the terms of our agreement under the International Monetary fund (I.M.F.) and Paris Club dept-servicing program to pay out all outstanding dept owed to foreign firms I and my colleagues decided to initiate this outstanding fund transfer. I now seek your assistance for the easy transfer of the over-invoiced (surplus) amount as the foreign beneficiary and also in recognition of your personal executive profile and investment opportunities available in your country..

At this juncture, I want you to stand as the original foreign contractor to the above fund to enable me put claim on the above sum. I will manipulate and authenticate the payment to your name. I am assuring you that it is 100% risk free transaction because all the necessary arrangements have been made..

With our position and experience, we have worked out the modalities in such a way that the transaction will take ten working days to accomplish. On the receipt of your acceptance, I will be in a very good position to give you details on the agreed sharing ratio. If satisfied with this proposal, kindly notify me by telephone or send an email so that I can furnish you with more
details on how the transaction will be done. I will be with you in person immediately the fund arrives in your country. Please note that this is highly confidential and should be treated as such..

Kind regards,
MR. DANIEL MOLOTO

Maybe I'm new to this, but I have to say I was surprised by the location;
"province: guangdong". China? I thought for sure these clowns were all based out of Africa. Interesting.
Still, I hope there's a special place in Hell for these @$$holes.

You'd be surprised where a lot of these guys base their servers out of or how many layers of registration they go through to send those little notices.

I got one yesterday from a guy claiming to be with IKEA giving away 5 million euros. I think he got a bit freaked when we sent him his own cellphone number back in a reply email, since his email address, server and cellphone are all off line today. :willy:willy:willy

(yes, I'm sick .... I just love doing stuff like that. Its like sniping ... only non lethal and legal.) :lol

I get a handfull of these a day. I made the mistake of responding to a couple with a good old "F--- Y--" to them. Which I must admit, felt very good. Unfortunately, they now know they have a legit email, and they tell all of thier friends.
