Headroom?

Just curious, as I read the full spec on dimensions /weights etc today.

Headroom is listed as over 2" less than my Z06 and a bit less than my Viper STR10 Vert (where I do have an issue). For all of you who are 6'2" or more...how is the headroom and sight through the windshield? Is it an issue, do I have to look at a seat lowering kit for this car? I see someone makes that kit and it gets the seat 2" lower.

Car isn't in my possession yet, so I haven't had a chance to test for myself.

Never mind - did a search and I can see that even at my height...there's no issue in the GT. I'm not tracking so I don't need a helmet. Problem solved!

Whether or not there's a height issue has more to do with leg-to-torso ratio rather than OVERALL height by itself. Obviously one who is long waisted at 6'-2" may have a head clearance issue that a longer legged person of the same height wouldn't.

If memory serves, the seat can be modded/lowered up to about 2" for the "long waisted" types.
