Thanks One and All for the Birthday Greetings!
Just returned home from 4 days of vintage racing in Portland. Did well and had a blast. Just missed 1st by .901 Saturday. In the rain! Gotta love it, as I started 16th on the grid.
Sunday was dry and finished 3rd, a ways behind 2 427 Corvette's but on the same lap in a 20 minute race. In my 1800cc Datsun 510. Worked my butt off--whew. Fun Stuff.
And tomorrow I get to take the GT for a belated birthday drive. Haven't a clue where I'm going. Just drive til the tank needs more fuel, fill it up and drive home using totally different roads.
BTW EP (you old :devil) A full head of hair doesn't make much difference to me. It is what it is:rofl.
Frank when I grow up, I plan to live at your house and, while you are at work, put some long miles on your GT.:biggrin
Looking forward to see you all in Texas in just 6 weeks.

Happy birthday Jeff, great to see the 510 is still going hard,and a great way to spend the weekend,been busy on the GT fitting 3.9s and just ordered rear wing, front fenders,nose and splitter from Matech racing.
