They fined the guy $10,000 and his response to the Judge. "Do you take Visa?"

Priceless.

Nope, it was one of the two Bugatti's. They were both in Dallas so he just got it out and kept cruising.

I read a post on another forum, from the owner of the car, and he got stopped for doing 171 in Winslow Arizona. Took him to jail. His brother headed to Flagstaff and got a lawyer that had him out of jail quickly. They drove straight to Dallas from there, and that is why he got to the W earlier than the group that came from Santa Fe.

I was in Miami this weekend driving down collins behind the Black/Gold Veyron. Car had Dubai tags...which explains alot. Anyway, it was driving with a white SL65 Black Series...that is a BEAUTIFUL car. Kind of understated for what it is, and an average person probably cant tell the difference between a regular SL but wow is that car hot.

2010 event info:

Who wants to do this?

12.05.2009 Rally, Motoring News
That's right the grid is officially open for the 2010 Gumball 3000 rally. The route is still to be officially confirmed but, for the time being, the rally will begin in London in the first week of May, before taking in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Montreal and Toronto before finally rounding off in New York seven days later – basically, 3000 miles across some of the finest scenery in Europe, Scandinavia, Canada and the US.

I was quoted a last minute cost of 10K for this years Gumball... guess they had to fill some spots...

logistics of getting all the cars from Stockholm to Montreal would be rough!!!

That sounds like an awesome exotic cruise though!!! would love to do it!

Come one Soroush... lets tag team it with black FGTs :willy
