I know that all of you that have placed orders with GTsaver within the past several weeks never received their products. I had a medical problem that I didn't see coming that put me out of commision.
Some of you have been charged and did not receive your products. I will be working on this problem Wednesday, Nov. 14th. Normally, my orders are processed and packed by Gayle, because I simply do not have the time. Well, she traveled to her home town for a week and had a serious accident. Because she needed surgery, she could not return back home for two more weeks. So, we have been through hell and back. I will make good of all outstanding orders and intend to provide addition compensation.
I know that when I turned on my computer, there was a lot of hate messages. I don't know what to do, as the damage is already done.
I had ordered 15 more shifter balls and 13 of them had to rejected right at the dealership. The problem is poor packing. Some of the balls were dimpled from them banging around in the shipping box. Others had small cut marks (I have never seen this before). The parts manager at the dealership is great guy and is trying come up with a solution to this problem. One method is that he is going to order one shifter ball per day. This way it have a better chance of suvival.
Thanks to those who will continue supporting me.
Also, if you try to call, my answer machine is completely filled with messages. Hopefully I can take care of that ASAP.
UPDATE 11-14-07:
It seems that I have about four or five customers have orders with problems. One order was shipped to a person that had requested USPS, however it was mistakenly shipped via UPS. When we tried to E-mail the customer, we made another mistake at the time of order processing. His E-mail address contained an underscore "_" instead of a dash "-". As it turns out, UPS handed the package over to the USPS! He should have his pakage within a couple of days.
Another complication was discovered yesterday (11-13) due to a new "spam filter" software module that I had installed a few weeks ago. Some of your e-mail based orders ended up in spam folder. I will sift through this to make sure that I didn't miss anyone.
Thanks for the kind words from everyone else. We are trying to repair the balance of the orders.
With love from Jay and Gayle
UPDATE 11-25-07:
The next run of low profile shifter balls have been completed and will begin to ship on Monday 11-26. I have more balls on order, however, as mentioned earlier, many of them are rejected due to damage occuring during shippment.
