It was at SEMA in the Velspar/DeBeer(?) paint booth.

'Just a totally mind-numbing car.

It hasn't been dynoed yet nor track tested. In fact, they'd just barely gotten the thing done before driving thru the night to get it to SEMA.

I spent about an hour with the builder and the owner of that car. Very unique piece. The donor GT was bought from someone here on the forum. It was a 200 mile totaled car. The owner told me he keeps an eye on the forum, looking for parts and tips.

The builder is obviously a very talented guy.

This was one of the sema cars that stopped me in my tracks. Was cool to see!

It stopped WIFEY in her tracks too...and it's a very rare occasion when something like that happens. It was the only car at SEMA that had that effect - even the white Aventador we ran across didn't really interest her all that much!

Oh, wait a sec...she was also rather stunned by the VERY RED Lingenfelter Ltd Edition, '67 'Vette/'C6 conversion done by Karl Kustom Corvettes (Karl Chevrolet) that was located in back of the big Chebby display area. BUT - the 'Stang was her hands down favorite of the whole show...and at $1 mil "+" I can understand why!

(The Eckert guys told me that the 'Stang's body color was actually a factory WHEEL color before they 'tweaked' it a tad. Imagine that...:willy)
