GT dimensions - wheel base overall length

I am in the process of preparing to pick up my GT and I am in need of ensuring that the enclosed trailer will be set up properly for the car. Does anyone know the wheel base, center line of tires in the rear, centerline of front tires, and overall lenght of the car?

I did search the forum for wheel base and came up with nothing.

..Rear tire sidewall to rear tire sidewall....76.6" (rear tread width =63.6" C/L of tires)
..front tread width = 63.0"
..remember - widest dimension of the car is mirror to mirror
I used these dimensions when I designed / ordered my trailer.

According to the spec sheet I have, it's 76.9 inches wide.

From outside edge of mirror to outside edge of mirror it is just shy of 84", from outside rear tire to outside rear tire is just shy of 77"

Use precautions when using tie downs; u need wheel baskets

There are posts here; wheel paint damage can occur if u just use nylon belts on wheel

Agreed - IF prep work isn't done 1st. That is: (1) make sure the wheels are c-l-e-a-n before tie down, and, (2) wrap the nylon belts with microfiber towels at anyplace the 'belts contact the wheels. Do those two things and there ought not be a problem. (I've done that 3-4 times and had no problems whatsoever.)

That said, the basket method is best (IMHO).
