Gentlemen,

While perusing the Team Shelby website I came across this throttle body that is used on the GT500 Cobrajet Mustang. I understand it's made by Accufab for Ford Racing and it's only of interest to me because I prefer the looks of the Ford Racing logo imprinted in this piece to the Accufab logo. Let me make clear that I love all of the Accufab equipment on my car, I just like the Ford Racing logo. Is this the same throttle body that Accufab makes for our cars and would this piece work on our Ford GTs or is it something different entirely?

I would love the option of this Ford Racing or Ford or just a "plain" non marked throttle body from Accufab.

No offence to Accufab but I also like the "as close to stock look as possible" of Ford Racing products.

Heffner just polishes off the "Accufab" logo. The end result is a plain high polish throttle body with no insignia.

Looks great.

I believe if you call John at Accufab you can special order a no-name version, maybe custom text is available.

Remember anything is possible if you have enough money and time!

I was going to do the same on my last install but decided to leave it. I'll probably pull them and do it in the future to my cars. I would've rather just have the option of ordering it that way. No muss no fuss, I've spent too much time polishing aluminum, hate the black snot!:lol
