No way to stop these because it will be all over the news. The car was twin turbo and was not owned by the driver.

Unneeded loss of life.
Accidents will always happen, but "high rates of speed" on public streets is just reckless.
And to think that this could have been far worse.
Please be careful and restrict "high" speeds to the track.
My the passenger RIP.
