Is there a way to tell if one has been installed without taking the inlet off? Thanks

It should be much more solid if it has it. I would think it would be quite apparent.

Squeeze the inlet. If it's not 'squishy', (ie. if it's completely unable to be squeezed) then you've got some support in there.

It is solid, and I suspected that it had one installed. Are they common upgrades with the throttle body? Thanks

A small one is factory original. A larger one is from accufab

Simon,
I'd recommend removing the air cleaner and take a look.
It is simple, two 10mm bolts on each end and loosen the oblong hose clamp at the inlet.
That way you can poke your nose into the inlet, take a flashlight and see exactly what you have in there. :thumbsup

I bought an inlet support and for the life of me could not get it to go in all the way. Gave up after about 30 minutes. Even tried using soapy water to give it some slide. Any suggestions?
