Most of us store away the OEM mats; I have Andrews mats like yours without the vin #. No need to put the OEMs on the bottom which will make the fit annoying. BTW Andrew also sells Ferrari mats at the other site and most feedback is very positive. That's interesting. Somehow it hadn't dawned on me that the floor and sideboard paint would get scratched. I can't believe the cheap price he charged you!
I also removed the OEM 'floor mats' and laid the new ones in. Did you lay your custom mats over top of the OEM mats? That seems like it'd be too thick, but then I didn't even try it.
Well, when those OEM mats heat up they tend to seep and make a mess. I never had a heat issue with Andrew’s mats.Wait until you drive some distance in the heat. You will appreciate the thick rubber mats underneath.
