I've seen a few vids of your car in the past, pre-transformation (when it was a red/white stripe). I had no idea this was yours.

Very interested in how you modified the foot controls on the GT. Could you elaborate? I have no idea what either of you are saying, but who is the very animated guy in the white suit?:)

Hahaha - that's an old vid from when I was Co hosting a car programme on Danish TV. The funny looking guy I suppose is the Danish version of Jeremy Clarkson :lol
In the vid I'm explaining who the car is converted with hand controls ect.

I actually plan to make a new feature vid of the car talking about the mods and the highly sophisticated hand controls..

Managed to have this shot taken at the recent children's cancer event.
Nice effects by the guy who took the picture.
Yes I know I lost the front center cap (there are cut from cardboard whilst I'm waiting for the original BBS caps to arrive in the mail )

Hello,

I know this is not a new thread by any means, but what are the tire sizes you are running on the BBS F1's? Do you still like this setup? BBS F1 is a pretty wheel?

Also, why is the cover shot on you video have a different rim and tire set up? What are those specs? Is that a newer set up?

Thanks!

Clearly the carbon brake package is a wonderful thing.Unspung weight as we all know is a cars worst enemy. But as Andy stated ,its all relevant to what you want to do with your car.If you want to track your car regularly and expense is no issue ,go for it! If you want to improve the stock set up for a fraction of the cost do the Brembo or Ford 2 piece racing rotors with Carbotech XP 20 pads or Pagid yellows. And a racing brake fluid. This set up works great for the occasional track day and can be used on the street I would use a less aggressive pad for street use .(I use Carbotech xp8 on the street and they work great!) If you are interested in the ZR1 set up contact Brian AKA STORMCAT. or the gentleman who made the original post. They are wonderful when I use them at the rallies and look forward to driving Brians car at every rally! HINT ,HINT!

I didn't realize this older thread existed until now:frown and I see that Stormy dropped my name regarding the front straight at Miller so here goes...
My GT has 713 hp at the wheels with 640 lbs torque sporting Alex's adjustable Penske suspension, Hoosiers all around and Stillen's aka Stormy ( another story :thumbsup thanks buddy ) AP brake system with floating rotors and Ferodo race pads. Stormy and i were playing cat and mouse for a few laps carrying on a pretty good rythm as i stuck with him all around the track planning to pass him on the front straight. Cutting to the chase: no matter that i was properly positioned entering the front straight up his rear planning to sling shot past him , my car could not do it. Stormy's car always pulled away.
Stormy can correct me if he likes but he's running about 600 hp at the rears along with a front splitter the size of a snow plow blade and a rear wing you could sleep on! Also of course are his lite weight wheels and cc brake system.
For the record and not sure how much of this also has to do with the Whipple supercharger heat soaking and causing the computer to dial back performance versus Stormy's stock supercharger upgraded with a pulley and tune.

Legs, PussyCat got rid of the front splitter and rear wing while we were in New Orleans. If you would stay out of the fancy restaurants, bars and casinos, plus come stag, you would know these things.

Having me in the car will add 3-5 mph topspeed and laptimes will improve by 1.2 - 1.6 seconds. :thumbsup

Terry, I guess you lost some weight too (just saw you purchased a size L :wink:lol ) so that will help too .... pretty sure we´ll be unbeatable. Pussycat will most likely spend most of the time in the pits making final adjustments on all his modifications :wink:rofl:biggrin

Let me guess... just by wearing red ?... stay away from that Frank guy :lol:wink

Hopefully the size L isn't wishful thinking :frown otherwise my wife may be playing the roll of a Camilo model :wink:devil albiet a cheap man's cat suit :devil

So what you're saying is that in order to beat the Cat - just hand him a micrometer before the race begins :biggrin :lol :rofl Glad I didn't say it. :lol
