Just cruised the Daytona bike week and all the vendors are really in the dumps as its almost devoid of anyone. The main drag had a lot of bikes but noone spending money. Kinda of nice for me as I was able to walk and ride with ease.

Speed week was bare as well

Bike week is just getting started isn't it? I know guys who are just now leaving to attend.

Here on the beach. It's miserably cold! Even had an "advisory" for sub 30's last night. While the weather was cold, the Shark Lounge was just getting warmed up.

Drive or ride carefully folks - saw a horrendous wreck on I-95 in Ormond Beach yesterday afternoon. Bike/Car. Nasty. :thumbsdow

I took my first 2 weeks in a row away from my company in 30 years and picked this time to catch the end of one and the begining of the other.

Yes, it started Friday...cold and rain to start...but with the crowd down to about 1/2 it makes it fun and easy to get around. Vendors have lots fo time to talk to you and you can get a parking spot or a seat to park your butt almost anywhere.:biggrin
